Our Services

Professional Supervision & Mentoring
“Super Vision” is a better way to describe the process of supervision. The aim is personal and workplace health. Supervision is a safe professional place to enable support, encouragement and wisdom as well as a space to reflect on best practise. The discussion for the session is around what is concerning the Supervisee be it ethical or other concerns. It allows accountability and a non-threatening environment where the Supervisee is able to confidentially discuss and explore any concerns
Mentoring is different to Supervision in that it primarily involves the Mentor sharing skills and life lessons that will assist the Mentee. Both services are available.
